American breakfast was good hot and the staff were easy going! Functional room, well soundproofed with luxury bathrooms. Tidy place and thoughtful service.

I liked the lobby, it was great. Generally everything was very clean, though the bathroom was very dark. A theatre and a church were not far from the property.

Some people working there were normal.

Staff was incredibly welcoming, location stunning, bed perfect. I really enjoyed my well soundproofed room. The American breakfast was excellent, plenty of options. Great pool was available too...

The bathroom was not clean.

the hotel met the demands, i would like to come again. the property was conveniently located, fabulous base for shopping in key west. liked the great breakfast.
